We are looking for a Paid Media Marketing Specialist with a strong grasp of performance marketing and a strategic approach to paid acquisition. Someone who knows how to design, execute, and scale campaigns across platforms and drive measurable results. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, creative execution, and constant optimization. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in B2B advertising and a clear understanding of how to move prospects through the funnel with intent and efficiency.
Obligations
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) with clear objectives: lead generation, engagement, conversions;
- Build and manage B2B campaigns for software services and products;
- Monitor performance and extract insights using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, and Excel;
- Execute A/B testing on ads, targeting, and keywords to refine performance;
- Track and report on KPIs, including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates;
- Develop SEO/SEM strategies to enhance campaign visibility and effectiveness;
- Manage retargeting efforts to re-engage high-potential leads;
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to guide leads through the sales funnel;
- Translate performance data into strategic recommendations for stakeholders;
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Management for campaign alignment and lead hand-off.
Must-Have Skills & Knowledge
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads;
- Strong grasp of audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies;
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking setup;
- Ability to write clear, compelling ad copy tailored to campaign goals;
- Experience running and optimizing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI;
- Solid understanding of performance metrics and reporting best practices;
- Data-driven mindset with a sharp eye for optimization opportunities.
