HOW WE CREATE A KNOWLEDGE SHARING CULTURE

At IBORN, we believe that knowledge is power and sharing is caring. But knowledge becomes truly powerful when it flows across boundaries, connecting people, ideas, and company cultures. That’s the spirit behind Yet Another Knowledge Sharing Session (YAKSS) — a ritual designed to break silos and spark collaboration across our teams.

Every second Wednesday of the month, one Ibornian steps forward to share insights on a technology, tool, or practice they’ve mastered. What begins as a personal lesson often turns into a source of inspiration for others — helping teammates rethink strategies, avoid common pitfalls, or discover new ways of working.
