With five floors and 1500m2 you can find our new offices in the center of Skopje.
In our journey working at the IBORN House and later with the hybrid work model we have come across ideas that redefined our work habits and workspace too. Our ultimate goal with the new HQ was to design a place where people want to work and create a positive experience for Ibornians.
The old setup of offices used to be more or less about putting together several tables and chairs and leaving separate rooms for meetings, but what made it special was the the feel of comfort just like home.
Our new offices have seen a shift towards creating more inclusive workplace that takes different working styles into consideration, but also improving and prioritizing company culture and team well-being and making the work environment, in terms of layout and connectivity, adapted to maintain and maximize productivity.
Even though it has more corporate look, our reliable and trustworthy relationship with Arhipunkt made our offices in a modern business center feel cozy, warm, and homey. So, now we have the best of both worlds.
