IBORN is turning 10 and here we tell you the story of how the company was founded.

Even though we didn't start in a garage or a dorm room, and our story isn't that romantic, we think is worthy to be told.

After exactly two years of working remotely, we're officially starting the hybrid work model at iborn. 

In the last period, our People Ops team dedicated a lot of time and care to plan and design a successful hybrid work model plan while taking a cautious and thoughtful approach to protecting our employees' health, safety, and well-being. 

Our hybrid model consists in that every employee can choose when they want to work from home, and when from the office.

We’re happy to announce that we’ve launched the first app of the My Iborn platform - iborn’s digital library Alexandria. 

The digital library Alexandria is a service dedicated to the employees of iborn and its mission is to provide and maintain an enduring source of e-books to support further skills development and learning new technologies for faster and easier career growth.

This year the number of new people at has increased by 40%. As we grow, so do the HR activities and it becomes more difficult to deal with them, and for us, employee satisfaction has always been our priority. 
Besides (re)forming the People Ops team that takes care of everything to be completed correctly and on time, this week we have one more assistant - Alexis HR, a software that allows us to streamline the workflows and centrally manage all the processes.
